She has such a pert little expression. This old doll measures approximately 20 inches tall. She has striking blue glass sleep eyes, an open mouth with teeth, pierced ears (no earrings), a newer dark blond mohair wig, thick feathered multi-stroke eyebrows, hand painted upper and lower eyelashes and a cute punched in chin dimple.She is wearing an old antique cotton summer dress with pretty hand embroidered accents. The dress is sheer and airy. It has slight staining from age. I haven't tried to soak it, so the stains may come out. She is also wearing a vintage mint green beret with ribbons, a pair of pantaloons with lace accents (pinned in back to make it fit her waist better), a pair of pretty diamond patterned socks and lovely newer black French style pointed toe shoes.CONDITION:Unfortunately, this lovely doll has a few issues. She has a tight hairline crack on the back of her head. There are old remnants of wig glue on her head that I haven't tried to soak off. Her wood and composition jointed body has normal age related wear and a tight, stable crack on her lower right arm. She is missing 2 fingers on her right hand and she has some losses to her wax eyelids. She also has a teeny tiny pepper spot above her left eye. Despite these flaws you can clearly see she displays beautifully and is a real beauty.She is looking for a good home with someone who will cherish her forever.
